I'm a certified DONA Postpartum Doula with over 10 years of newborn care experience and a big believer that taking care of a new baby shouldn't mean forgetting to take care of yourself.

I'm here for the baby snuggles, the never-ending baby laundry, the little wins, and all the in-between moments that come with bringing home a tiny human.

My goal? To help you feel supported, get a little rest, and remind you that you don't have to do it all alone.

When I'm not caring for little ones, you'll probably find me trying a new restaurant, at the gym, or hanging out with my two grade school kids.
